Recorded at The Stationhouse by James Atkinson over Easter bank holiday 2019 in Armley, Leeds. Vocals recorded over the following months in Stretford, Manchester by Jack Muncaster and Ross Pritchard.

Originally written, performed and recorded by Inside Out for No Spiritual Surrender (Revelation Records, 1990).
